Hi Sharlene, the delivery time depends on the availability of spare parts with your equipment provider. In your case it seems that your equipment provider does not have the spare part that you need so they must have asked from the parent company to ship it to them. This process usually takes a couple of weeks.

Renting a Perfect2 now, considering an Inogen at Home purchase. I understand it comes with a warranty, but where can I get this serviced when needing repairs.
