The ResMed AirSense 10 Elite is a fixed pressure CPAP machine that operates in manual mode. Despite this, it offers several premium features:
AutoRamp starts with a low pressure to help you fall asleep easily. Once you are asleep, it gradually increases to the prescribed pressure for comfortable therapy.
EPR ensures the required pressure during inhalation and reduces the pressure during exhalation, making it easier to breathe out.
The SmartStart feature begins therapy as soon as you breathe into the mask and turns off automatically when you remove the mask.
The integrated heated humidifier helps prevent nasal congestion, dryness, and sore throat. Humidity levels can be set between 1-8 or Auto.
The AirSense 10 Elite detects central sleep apnea (CSA), respiratory effort-related arousal (RERA), and Cheyne-Stokes respiration (CSR). This information helps doctors understand and monitor your health.
The sleep data can be viewed through AirView, allowing for quick and accurate treatment adjustments remotely.
